We value the trust you place in us and understand the importance of secure transactions and information privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how AIVS Pincodekart Pvt. Ltd., operating its logistics division under the brand name AIRE PincodeDak Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (“PincodeDak, we, our, us”), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you access or use our official website www.pincodedak.com, our mobile applications, or any digital interface we operate (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
PincodeDak is an integral shipping and logistics company of PincodeKart, and all services offered by PincodeDak are strictly limited to operations within the territory of India. We do not offer or support any logistics, delivery, warehousing, or shipping services outside India.
By accessing our Platform or using our services, you agree to be governed by this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and the applicable laws of India. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may discontinue the use of our Platform and services.
We encourage you to read this Policy carefully and periodically check this page for any updates or changes.
Collection of Your Information
We collect your personal data relating to your identity, contact details, demographics, and information generated when you use our Platform, avail our services, or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. This includes information voluntarily shared with us from time to time.
Certain categories of information that we may collect include, but are not limited to:
- Information provided while signing up, registering, or using our Platform, such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, occupation, and any documents submitted as identity or address proof.
- Personal data collected from sellers, brands, or partners depending on the type of logistics or shipping services being availed through PincodeDak.
We collect only such information that is required for legitimate business purposes, contractual obligations, operational requirements, and compliance with applicable Indian laws as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Indian e-commerce & logistics regulations.
Once you provide your personal data to us, you are no longer anonymous to PincodeDak. You always have the option to withhold specific information by choosing not to use a particular product, service, or feature on the Platform; however, certain services may not be available without mandatory data.
Some of the categories of information we process about you are the following:
- Personal data such as name, email address and phone number;
- Pickup or drop location information for delivery of the shipment;
- For the purpose of registering our Shipment Partner we may collect:
- KYC details/documents
- Brand Details (Registered Company Name, Billing Address, Pincode)
- Business verification details (GST, CIN, MSME certificate, Company PAN, Aadhar No., Signature)
- Bank Details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code)
Our primary goal in collecting your personal data is to provide you and our customers a safe, efficient, smooth, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Platform to make your experience safer and easier.
If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or other social media handles maintained by us, we will collect and retain this information you provide to us and use it for the purpose as defined in this Privacy Policy.
Use of Demographic / Profile Data / Your Information
We use your personal data to provide the product and services you request. To the extent we use your personal data to market to you or send communications such as updates inline to our program, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA 2023).
We use your personal data to generate leads or identify business opportunities, deliver shipment(s), contact you for last mile delivery, enhancing customer experience, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, send verifications mails to ensure your identity, help promote a safe service, measure consumer interest in our products and services, gather feedbacks, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize and enhance your experience; conduct surveys for internal purposes; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, comply with obligations imposed under applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, exercising a right or obligation conferred or imposed by law, including responding to request and legal demands, or as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of information.
We may use your personal data to post blogs, testimonials, success stories obtained from you in our platform or to enhance your experience on the Platform and provide you access to the services being offered by us. We may use the information that you may have shared with our partner entities for such posts. By sharing these posts to us or to any of our partner entities you provide us with appropriate consent to post them in our portals as required as per Section 5 (Consent Requirements) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we and our affiliates collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, as permitted under the IT Act, 2000 and associated IT Rules for network monitoring and security.
Cookies
We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Platform to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. Cookies do not contain any of your personal data. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests.
You are always free to decline/delete our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on the Platform. Our use of cookies is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000 regarding user consent and lawful data processing.
Additionally, you may encounter “cookies” or other similar devices on certain pages of the Platform that are placed by third parties. We do not control the use of cookies by third parties.
We use cookies from third-party partners such as Google Analytics for marketing and analytical purposes. Google Analytics helps us understand how our customers use the site. Such third-party processing falls under the responsibilities outlined for Data Processors under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Sharing of Personal Data
We may share personal data that is directly related to your business relationship with PincodeDak with other members of our corporate family of companies, affiliates, sellers, partners, related companies and with other third parties, our other corporate entities and affiliates for purposes of providing products and services offered by them such as delivering shipments, identifying a business opportunity, analyzing gaps in our offerings or for other legitimate interests. These entities, partners and affiliates may further share such information with their affiliates, business partners and other third parties for the purpose of providing you their products and services, and may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-out. Such sharing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, specifically under Sections 7 (Legitimate Uses) and 8 (Data Processor Obligations).
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, property, or rights of PincodeDak, our customers, our employees or other person, or to: enforce our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public. Such disclosures comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Section 36 – Duties of Data Fiduciaries), and lawful requests from government or law enforcement agencies.
While sharing your personal data for processing, we adhere to appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. Further, wherever applicable, we bind these third parties with appropriate agreements and require them to process your personal data only for specific purposes along with confidentiality and with appropriate security measures, as mandated under Section 8 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011.

Security Precautions
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Whenever you access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to our security guidelines to protect it against unauthorized access. All such security practices follow the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011 under the IT Act, 2000.
However, by using the Platform, the users accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet and the World Wide Web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure, and therefore, there would always remain certain inherent risks regarding use of the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for their account, as required under Section 15 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 pertaining to user duties for data protection.
Choice/Opt-Out
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us then you can opt out by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' button available in the communication or writing to us at the contact details provided below.
Advertisements on Platform
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Such third-party advertising and data processing activities are carried out in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to user consent and applicable lawful purposes.
Children Information
Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under the age of 18 years. If you have shared any personal data of children under the age of 18 years, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. This is in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Section 8 – Data Fiduciary Obligations) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, investigate, enable PincodeDak to exercise its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims, or if required by law or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes, as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

For our client customers
We retain personal data processed on behalf of our clients in line with the terms of the contract with the client. As a data processor, PincodeDak ensures that personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the contractual purpose, or as required under applicable Indian laws and regulations. The duration of data retention is determined by the client in accordance with their own retention policies, legal obligations, and business requirements.
For our direct customers
In line with our data minimization and privacy principles, we retain your data only for as long as required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with audit, accounting, contractual, technical, and legal requirements, including dispute resolution or fraud prevention. This is done as per our internal records retention policy and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and the DPDPA 2023.
Your Rights
We at PincodeDak take every reasonable step to ensure that the personal data we process is accurate and kept up to date. Any personal data you inform us is inaccurate (having regard to the purposes for which it is processed) shall be erased or rectified, in accordance with Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
For our registered Shippers (Shipment Partners / Business Partners)
PincodeDak values your trust and ensures that your personal data is handled securely and responsibly. As registered shippers, you have the right to request access to your personal data, including details about how your data is used and processed. You may access, correct, or update your personal data directly through the Platform. You can also write to us at the contact information provided below. These rights comply with Sections 11, 12, and 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
For our direct customers
You may access, correct, or update your personal data directly through the functionalities available on the Platform. You may delete non-mandatory information by visiting your profile/settings section. You may also write to us at the contact information provided below for assistance with these requests.
You have the option to withdraw the consent previously granted by writing to us and mentioning “For Withdrawal of Consent” in the subject line. We will verify such requests before acting on them, in accordance with Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Please note that withdrawal of consent:
- Is not retroactive,
- Does not affect processing already done under lawful consent,
- May affect your ability to use certain features or services for which such data is essential.
As a data processor, PincodeDak processes your personal data on behalf of our clients, who act as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The exercise of your rights (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent) shall be managed by the client, as they are the primary collector and controller of your personal data. PincodeDak will ensure that such requests are processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
For our delivery partners
PincodeDak respects the privacy of all delivery partners. As a data principal, you have the right to request access to your personal data, including details of how your data is processed. You may contact our Grievance Officer for deletion requests, correction, withdrawal of consent, or other allowable rights. If you are employed by a third-party vendor, your employer acts as the primary manager of your rights. PincodeDak will coordinate with the employer to ensure that your data rights are respected under applicable Indian laws including the DPDPA 2023.
Your Consent
By visiting our Platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of your personal data (including sensitive personal data) on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you disclose any personal data relating to another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You also consent to us (including our corporate entities, affiliates, partners, technology vendors, marketing channels, business partners, and other third parties) contacting you via SMS, instant messaging apps, calls, or e-mail for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Such communication is permitted under Section 5(1)(b) and Section 7 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to your right to withdraw consent.

Please check our Privacy Policy periodically for changes. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. We will alert you to significant changes by posting the date our policy got last updated, placing a notice on our Platform, or by sending you an email when we are required to do so by applicable law.
